Block D is the largest and the signature building in the Iveagh Court complex, occuping a prominent position on the corner of Harcourt Road and Charlemont Street.
Iveagh Court is a landmark mixed-use scheme incorporating office, retail and residential on a regenerated site of two acres at the junction of Harcourt Road and Charlemont Street in Dublin’s Central Business District.
Development commenced in 1998 and was completed in 2004. The developer, Alcove Properties, worked with a number of small owners of original holdings to develop an overall mixed use scheme of new and refurbished office accommodation (210,000sqft), 51 residential units, ground floor retail and a substantial underground car park. The development included the preservation and integration of a protected Georgian house No.72 Charlemont Street. Iveagh Court is featured in the book "Dublin A Celebration, from the 1st to the 21st Century", published in the millennium.
