This year marks the celebration of the 10th anniversary of CityNorth Business Campus, Stamullen, Co Meath – the “Local Campus”.
In late December 2006 the four star CityNorth Hotel opened its doors for business and has been trading successfully ever since. The CityNorth Hotel is a located at the heart of the CityNorth estate, it combines high standards of hospitality and service, stylish bedrooms and good value with a very accessible location. With excellent guest amenities on site and superb local attractions nearby, CityNorth Hotel Meath is a service point for the frequent daily Matthews coaches which call to Croke Park, Dublin City Centre, Bettystown and Drogheda. The Hotel is a popular choice for wedding celebrations, meetings, conferences in Meath and the surrounding areas.
The Hotel was the first piece of the jigsaw, with the other pieces continuing to fall into place. CityNorth has established itself as a local campus attracting occupiers and businesses particularly from the nearby Meath and Louth areas.
The Campus has developed and grown considerably over the past five years. In spite of the economic downturn the Campus has continued to grow and prosper. The promoters of CityNorth Business Campus have persisted and are proud of the campus as it stands today; this is obvious on visiting the campus. It is well maintained and expertly landscaped throughout. There is a hive of activity both at the hotel and around the business units and the promoters are confident that the Campus will continue to grow and develop over time. The Campus has lots of potential for future growth and expansion; businesses in search of a new premise consider CityNorth Business Campus and all the benefits it has to offer. A wide variety of sizes and demands can be catered for from small offices and warehouses of 40sq.m up to 900sq.m, with other options including design and build also available.
Occupiers of the estate include Autobar Vending, Super Sat Systems, Millmount Healthcare, PRM Group, S&S Installations and Focus Scientific Solutions. These are Irish companies who are providing employment to the area. Many have been based in the area and have sought to relocate to a state of the art fourth generation business campus with all the associated facilities. Other factors which attracted them to the campus were the CityNorth Hotel facility, the accessibility of the Campus to the M1, as well as the high standard of buildings and landscaping on site. Recent signings include Autobar Vending and a photographers studio.

We were first drawn to CityNorth due to its convenient and accessible location on the M1, together with the CityNorth Hotel that is an excellent facility for meeting with clients. We had a specific requirement of 9,000 sq.ft, McGarrell Reilly Group were able to facilitate this through the combination of two enterprise units.
